These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription and use of BeaconGPT. By enrolling in a monthly membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Service Description
BeaconGPT is a custom-built AI powered inside of ChatGPT, designed to provide specialized resources, tools, and support.
While BeaconGPT operates within the ChatGPT environment, all billing, content, and additional resources are handled solely by BeaconGPT and not by OpenAI or ChatGPT directly.
Membership & Billing
Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis.
You authorize BeaconGPT to charge the payment method you provide at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Pricing and features of the membership may be updated, with notice provided in advance.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
Canceling your membership will stop future payments, but no refunds will be issued for past charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through the account management portal or by contacting BeaconGPT support.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Use of BeaconGPT
Membership grants you access to BeaconGPT features and resources for personal and professional use in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to exploit BeaconGPT in ways that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or disrupt service.
Intellectual Property
All content, training resources, and materials provided by BeaconGPT are the property of BeaconGPT and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
BeaconGPT is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
BeaconGPT is not responsible for business, financial, or personal decisions made based on its output.
Disclaimers
BeaconGPT is an independently developed service that uses custom AI tools built within the ChatGPT framework.
BeaconGPT is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI.
Any references to ChatGPT are for descriptive purposes only. All billing, membership services, and support are handled exclusively by BeaconGPT.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the BeaconGPT website or subscriber portal. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
